This dive located off of Collier Road in Atlanta doesn’t serve your average tacos. Hankook specializes in Korean bbq tacos made fresh to order, and judging by the long lines you commonly see during lunch time chef/owner Thomas Lee is definitely doing something right! If you ever watch Restaurant:Impossible or Kitchen Nightmares, you’ll know that Gordon Ramsay and Robert Irvine both favor small menus (though that might be because they’re both British, we’re not entirely sure). Hankook follows that advice, and keeps its menu fairly simple, offering tacos, burritos, and street snacks like delicious tempora fried sweet potatoes and sesame fries. Be sure to also check out the Yumbii food truck that is out on the streets serving Hankook Taquerias tacos daily!
